Application to optimize cutting parameters for certain hard steels (X35)
The LabVIEW app allows the operator to set production parameters before a launch. The parameters determine the sampling frequency from the force sensor signals as well as piloting parameters from the force sensor amplifier. As a result, the experimental data allow optimizing of cutting parameters according to specific materials and operations.
